What was originally the home and office of hotelier Yves Naman was turned into a three-suite haven in the heart of the bohemian neighborhood of La Roma, Mexico City. Having welcomed thousands of guests throughout the years and coining the #AsUniqueAsOurGuests motto, La Valise Mexico City is now expanding—next door.

With the original façade and entrance on Tonalá Street, the expansion now encompasses the adjacent corner property on Colima Street. Thus, La Valise boasts a new address and spans one of the most beautiful corners of the charming neighborhood. The new amenities, including a SPA area and pool, are designed for the perfect staycation in the Mexican capital.

In-house Design Director Roberto Ayala has adorned the new space with his signature touch of unique objects, custom furnishings, vintage finds, and other objets d’art. Five new dreamy suites span three floors, with the terrace suite now christened the Nova Suite. The celestial and cosmic theme is carried through with experiences designed for sleeping under the stars.

Each suite within the townhouse tells its own story, adorned with rare collectibles, sumptuous textures, and exquisite antiques—a testament to the hotel’s love affair with art and craftsmanship.
